 -Qatar culture marketing that should go through each Arab country. This is to create a planned awareness with other countries. For example democratic basis, devoting the raising the levels of developed society, promoting Qatar as an Arab country.
 -Exerting efforts to make Doha the capital of the Arab countries considering the freedom of creation and multiplicity.
 Since The Festival has been set up, it aimed at the refreshment of culture, arts and heritage in all sectors that are relevant to culture arts and heritage. This will be arranged by universal and international symposium.
 The Festival arranges lectures, poetry evenings and galleries in plastic arts. The Festival invites the intellectuals, cultured people, poets and writers in the Arab countries to share in these evenings. Because the Festival gives a due care to the sector of culture in Qatar, it presents the state encouraging and appreciative award to the pioneers and innovators in the fields of intellectual and culture production .That is to encourage the talents to enrich the cultural movements and refreshing its role inside the society to keep it going with the human development.
